Comdo officially renamed OneDealer Germany
Part of the OneDealer Group since 2025: now with a new name to match
Munich / Germany, June 2026
Comdo GmbH, a leading provider of sales management software for car dealerships in Germany, was officially renamed OneDealer Germany GmbH effective 26 June 2026. The company has been part of the OneDealer Group, an alliance of innovative software companies with a shared vision for advancing automotive technology in Europe, since 2025, and now completes this journey with a new name that reflects where it belongs and where it is heading.
A new name that tells the whole story
The renaming marks the final and most visible step of the company's integration into the OneDealer Group. Since joining the group in 2025, Comdo has benefited from shared expertise, expanded resources and collective investment in innovation. By adopting the OneDealer Germany name, this bond now becomes official, visible and permanent.

AI-driven innovation at the core
As OneDealer Germany, the company will focus on artificial intelligence and data-driven technologies. This includes developing and deploying AI-powered automation tools, predictive analytics and intelligent workflow solutions that help automotive businesses operate more efficiently and competitively.
The OneDealer Group's collective investment in research and development will enable OneDealer Germany to bring these solutions to market faster and at greater scale than would have been possible as a standalone company.
Business continuity for customers and partners
All existing customer contracts, service agreements and partnership arrangements remain fully in force. Contact persons remain the same and can still be reached under the existing contact details until further notice. Customers and partners are kindly asked to update their records with the new company name OneDealer Germany GmbH.
